Measurement technology for suspension parts
We use the latest measuring technology to measure shock absorbers, springs and other suspension parts under computer control. We are now also able to measure stabilizers dynamically and can determine their forces at different spring speeds.
We have 4 modern Roehrig shock absorber test rigs as well as a stabilizer test rig. We optimize all kinds of racing vehicles with wheel loaders & toe gauges.
State-of-the-art measuring instruments for valid test results
Our modernly equipped facility has, among other things, two Roehrig shock absorber test benches, two venting units for dampers, a test bench for spring and rod measurement, as well as various cleaning systems and software for suspension optimization. Our 2 Roehrig EMA Shock dynos 2K represent the latest generation of shock absorber testing machines. This system achieves higher test speeds as well as better reproducibility of test results. Strokes up to 200 mm can be combined with speeds up to 4m/s.
With these machines we can also perform track replay measurements.
