KW Street Performance
Under the product group Street Performance you will find all KW coilovers for maximum lowering for road vehicles. Depending on the KW coilover suspension, you can individually adjust the compression and rebound forces to your personal driving requirements more comfortable or sporty.
KW V1 coilover suspension
With the KW V1 coilover suspension you can make a technically maximum possible lowering and adjust it steplessly in a tested framework. The KW dampers used have a vehicle-specific, permanently configured setup with a sporty, harmonious set-up so that you experience an optimum balance of sportiness and everyday suitability when driving. Even at full load and maximum axle loads, the dampers operate with a sporty characteristic curve.
KW V3 coilover suspension
Do you place a high demand on a performance-oriented driving experience in combination with a technically maximum possible and individual lowering in everyday life? Our best-selling coilover suspension, the KW V3 is the ideal suspension for you. The separately compression and rebound adjustable dampers with their "TVR-A" and "TVC-A" technology allow you to further adjust the vehicle-specific preset basic damper setup individually to your driving requirements. This makes it easy for you to directly influence turn-in behavior, directional stability, tire grip and handling characteristics to a significant extent for safe controllability at the limits. In addition, you benefit from a sporty and harmonious rolling comfort despite the maximum lowering.
KW V4 coilover suspension
With the KW V4 coilover suspension, we adapted our leading racing technology for everyday road use, giving your high-performance vehicle a significant boost in everyday performance as well. The triple-adjustable high-performance dampers allow you to independently adjust rebound damping (KW "TVR-A" technology) as well as separately tunable low-speed and high-speed compression damping (KW "TVCLH-A" technology). So we deliver the Variant 4 for your sports car or high performance vehicle with a vehicle-specific performance setting. Due to the adjustable dampers, you can - if desired - intuitively switch to a comfort setting quickly using the integrated adjustment dials on the Variant 4. Depending on the vehicle-specific version and axle geometry, the KW V4 coilover suspension features aluminum unibal support bearings.
KW Track Performance
Do you mainly participate in Track Days on race tracks with your street legal sports car or your "Track Tool" or do you actively compete with your race car in various motorsport events? In the product category "Track Performance" you will find the ideal suspension technology for your track days with your street-legal vehicle up to extensively performance-adjustable racing dampers for professional motorsports.
KW V3 Clubsport coilover suspension
The basic setup of the KW V3 Clubsport coilover suspension, which is perfectly tuned for the Nordschleife, allows you to individually tune your portwagen to the desired road sport tire setup thanks to the numerous adjustment options. The separately adjustable dampers in rebound and compression with their "TVR-A" and "TVC-A" technology allow extensive damper tuning. This makes it easy to directly influence turn-in behavior, directional stability, tire grip, and handling characteristics to ensure safe controllability at the limit. Depending on the vehicle type, the KW V3 Clubsport coilovers are supplied with aluminum uniball support bearings.
KW V4 Clubsport coilover suspension
The vehicle-specific basic setup of the KW V4 Clubsport coilover suspension developed in numerous test and measurement runs on the Nordschleife and the KW 7-Post driving dynamics test bench can be further adapted with the click setting for your wheel loads, vehicle weight and the modified body stiffness, for example, by a bolted cage, welded-in safety cell or struts. Do you want the KW V4 Clubsport coilover suspension, which is available with a parts certificate, possibly for your journey to the Nordschleife or other race track for driving on the highway more comfortable tune, simply reduce the tractive forces via the rebound damping. The racing technology used in the KW V4 Clubsport coilover suspension of the multiple overall winner of the ADAC Zurich 24h Race Nürburgring is still supported via aluminum uniball support bearings.
KW V5 Clubsport coilover suspension
Race track performance with street credentials! KW V5 Clubsport offers GT3 motorsport technology for the sportiest road cars with sports tire setup for use on the race track and on the road. KW Clubsport has been specially developed for customers who use their road cars on the race track, e.g. at tourist drives, sport driver training courses or other track sport events, and at the same time wish to have road approval so that they can also use their vehicles on public roads. The setup has been specially designed for the Nordschleife and the use of sports tires. The adjustment possibilities in the height allow an adaptation of the wheel loads. The aforementioned adjustment options, combined with the separately adjustable compression and rebound damping technology (SPCLH-A & SPRLH-A technology), allow individual setups to match the vehicle weight, tire characteristics, different track conditions and operating conditions.
KW DDC Coilovers
Our KW DDC coilovers combine the advantages of an adaptive damping system with a stylish and sporty lowering according to your individual ideas. The adaptive KW coilovers are available as KW DDC plug&play variant for vehicle models with electronically controlled standard suspension and in the KW DDC ECU version with optional smartphone app control for vehicles without actively controlling suspension. KW DDC plug&play and KW DDC ECU coilovers are currently available for over 300 vehicle types.
